プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy (SECIA Party Games)
セシア株式会社(以下「当社」といいます)は、当社が提供するAndroidアプリケーション「SECIA Party Games」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有の事項を定めるものであり、本ポリシーに定めのない事項については、当社のプライバシーポリシー(https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy)によります。
SECIA CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes the following policy regarding the handling of user information in "SECIA Party Games" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), an Android application provided by the Company. This Policy sets forth matters specific to the App. Matters not provided for herein are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy (https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy).
1. 基本方針 / Basic Policy
本アプリは、利用者のアカウント登録を必要とせず、当社は本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報を収集しません。当社は本アプリ用のサーバーを運用しておらず、利用者が入力した名前、遊んだ内容、成績その他のデータを当社が受け取ることはありません。
ただし、本アプリは無料でご利用いただくために広告を表示します。広告の配信のため、後記のとおりGoogleの広告サービス(Google AdMob)を組み込んでおり、これにより広告識別子(広告ID)等の情報がGoogleに送信されます。この情報を収集するのはGoogleであり、当社が受領するものではありません。
The App does not require user account registration, and the Company does not collect personal information of users through the App. The Company does not operate any server for the App and does not receive the names entered by users, the content of gameplay, scores, or any other data.
However, the App displays advertisements so that it can be provided free of charge. To deliver advertisements, the App incorporates Google's advertising service (Google AdMob) as described below, and information such as the advertising identifier (Advertising ID) is therefore transmitted to Google. This information is collected by Google and is not received by the Company.
2. 端末内で取り扱う情報 / Information Handled on the Device
本アプリは、機能の提供のため、以下の情報を端末内でのみ取り扱います。これらの情報が端末外へ送信されることはありません。
- 参加者として入力された名前:ゲーム中の表示および順番の管理のため
- 遊びの途中経過(配られた役職・言葉・絵、得点、進行状況):アプリを閉じても続きから遊べるようにするため
- 各ゲームの設定(人数、役職の構成、議論の時間、確率等):設定を保持するため
- 表示言語、音量、音声ガイダンスの設定:設定を保持するため
これらの情報は、本アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。参加者の名前は端末の中だけで保持され、当社および第三者へ送信されることはありません。
The App handles the following information solely on the device in order to provide its functions. This information is never transmitted off the device.
- Names entered for players: for display during play and for managing turn order
- Game progress (assigned roles, words, cards, scores, and current stage): so that play can be resumed after the App is closed
- Settings for each game (number of players, role composition, discussion time, probabilities, etc.): for retaining settings
- Display language, volume, and voice guidance settings: for retaining settings
This information is deleted from the device when the App is uninstalled. Player names are retained only on the device and are never transmitted to the Company or to any third party.
3. 端末の権限 / Device Permissions
本アプリは以下の権限を使用します。
- ネットワークへのアクセス(INTERNET):広告の取得のためにのみ使用します。ゲームの進行そのものに通信は必要なく、通信ができない場所でもすべてのゲームを遊ぶことができます
- 広告ID(AD_ID):Googleが広告を配信するために使用します。詳細は第4条に記載します
本アプリは、連絡先、位置情報、カメラ、マイク、写真、通話履歴その他の権限を一切使用しません。
The App uses the following permissions:
- Network access (INTERNET): used solely to retrieve advertisements. No communication is required for gameplay itself, and all games can be played in places without network access.
- Advertising ID (AD_ID): used by Google to deliver advertisements. Details are set forth in Article 4.
The App does not use permissions for contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, call logs, or any other such data.
4. 広告について / Regarding Advertisements
4-1. 広告サービス / Advertising Service
本アプリは、Googleが提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」を組み込んでいます。広告は、1回の遊びが終わり結果画面からタイトル画面へ戻る際にのみ表示されます。ゲームの進行中や端末の受け渡しの最中に広告が表示されることはありません。
The App incorporates "Google AdMob," an advertising service provided by Google. Advertisements are displayed only when returning from the results screen to the title screen after a game has finished. No advertisement is shown during gameplay or while the device is being passed between players.
4-2. Googleが収集する情報 / Information Collected by Google
広告の配信および効果測定のため、Googleは以下の情報を収集することがあります。
- 広告識別子(広告ID):端末ごとに割り当てられる、利用者が変更・削除できる識別子
- IPアドレス、端末の種類、OSのバージョン、言語設定等の技術的情報
- おおよその位置情報(IPアドレスから推定される地域単位のもの)
- 広告の表示回数、クリック等の広告に関する行動
これらの情報を収集し利用するのはGoogleであり、当社が受領または保有するものではありません。当社が確認できるのは、広告の表示回数や収益等の集計された統計情報のみであり、特定の個人を識別できる情報は含まれません。

For the delivery and measurement of advertisements, Google may collect the following information:
- Advertising identifier (Advertising ID): an identifier assigned to each device that the user can reset or delete
- Technical information such as IP address, device type, OS version, and language settings
- Approximate location (at a regional level, inferred from the IP address)
- Advertising-related activity such as impressions and clicks
This information is collected and used by Google, and is not received or held by the Company. The Company can view only aggregated statistics such as the number of impressions and revenue, which contain no information that identifies a specific individual.

4-3. 広告の設定と拒否(オプトアウト) / Advertising Settings and Opting Out
利用者は、端末の設定により、興味・関心に基づく広告を無効にすることができます。
- Android端末:「設定」→「Google」→「すべてのサービス」→「広告」から、「広告IDを削除する」または「広告のカスタマイズをオプトアウトする」を選択してください
広告IDを削除しても広告の表示自体は続きますが、利用者の関心に合わせた広告は表示されなくなります。
Users may disable interest-based advertising through their device settings.
- Android devices: Go to "Settings" → "Google" → "All services" → "Ads" and select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
Even after deleting the advertising ID, advertisements will continue to be shown, but they will no longer be tailored to the user's interests.
4-4. 欧州経済領域等の利用者向けの同意 / Consent for Users in the EEA and Certain Other Regions
欧州経済領域、英国、スイスその他の同意取得が求められる地域の利用者に対しては、本アプリの初回起動時等に、広告のための情報利用に関する同意を求める画面を表示します。同意の内容は、当該画面から後日変更することができます。
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, the App displays a screen requesting consent regarding the use of information for advertising purposes, such as on first launch. Consent choices can be changed later from that screen.
5. 対象年齢 / Intended Age
本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象としています。本アプリは児童を対象として設計されたものではなく、当社が児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。保護者の方が、お子様が本アプリを利用していることに気づかれ、広告の表示についてご懸念がある場合は、第7条の窓口までご連絡ください。
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. The App is not designed for children, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child is using the App and has concerns regarding the display of advertisements, please contact the desk set forth in Article 7.
6. お問い合わせいただいた場合 / When You Contact Us
本アプリに関するお問い合わせをいただいた場合、当社は返信のためにメールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容を取得します。これらは返信および品質向上の目的でのみ利用し、当社のプライバシーポリシー(https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy)に従って取り扱います。
If you contact us regarding the App, the Company obtains your email address and the content of your inquiry in order to respond. This information is used solely for responding to you and for quality improvement, and is handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy (https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy).

8. 本ポリシーの改定 / Revisions to This Policy
当社は、本アプリの機能追加、法令の改正その他の事情により、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の本ポリシーは、当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更を行う場合は、当社ウェブサイト上で分かりやすい方法によりお知らせします。
The Company may revise this Policy due to the addition of features to the App, amendments to laws and regulations, or other circumstances. The revised Policy shall take effect upon posting on the Company's website. In the case of material changes, the Company will provide notice on its website in an easily understandable manner.
