プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy (SECIA Music Player)
セシア株式会社(以下「当社」といいます)は、当社が提供するAndroidアプリケーション「SECIA Music Player」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。本ポリシーは本アプリに固有の事項を定めるものであり、本ポリシーに定めのない事項については、当社のプライバシーポリシー(https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy)によります。
SECIA CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes the following policy regarding the handling of user information in "SECIA Music Player" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), an Android application provided by the Company. This Policy sets forth matters specific to the App. Matters not provided for herein are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy (https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy).
1. 基本方針 / Basic Policy
本アプリは、利用者のアカウント登録を必要とせず、当社は本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報を収集しません。
本アプリは、端末内に保存された音楽ファイルを再生するアプリケーションです。音楽ファイル、その内容、タグ情報、歌詞、再生履歴その他の利用者のデータを、当社のサーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。当社は本アプリ用のサーバーを運用していません。
本アプリには、広告および利用状況の追跡(トラッキング)を目的とした機能・SDKを一切組み込んでいません。
The App does not require user account registration, and the Company does not collect personal information of users through the App.
The App plays music files stored on the user's device. The App never transmits music files, their contents, tag information, lyrics, playback history, or any other user data to the Company's servers. The Company does not operate any server for the App.
The App does not incorporate any features or SDKs for advertising or usage tracking.
2. 端末内で取り扱う情報 / Information Handled on the Device
本アプリは、機能の提供のため、以下の情報を端末内でのみ取り扱います。これらの情報が端末外へ送信されることはありません。
- 音楽ファイルおよびそのタグ情報(曲名・アーティスト名・アルバム名・アートワーク等):楽曲の一覧表示および再生のため
- 歌詞ファイル(.lrc等)および楽曲に埋め込まれた歌詞:歌詞の表示のため
- 利用者が選択した音楽フォルダの場所:楽曲の検索(スキャン)のため
- 再生キュー、再生位置、シャッフル・リピートの設定:アプリの再起動時に続きから再生するため
- 表示言語、音質に関する設定:設定を保持するため
これらの情報は、本アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。
The App handles the following information solely on the device in order to provide its functions. This information is never transmitted off the device.
- Music files and their tag information (title, artist, album, artwork, etc.): for listing and playing music
- Lyrics files (such as .lrc) and lyrics embedded in music files: for displaying lyrics
- Location of music folders selected by the user: for scanning for music
- Playback queue, playback position, and shuffle/repeat settings: for resuming playback when the App restarts
- Display language and audio settings: for retaining settings
This information is deleted from the device when the App is uninstalled.
3. 端末の権限 / Device Permissions
本アプリは以下の権限を使用します。
- 音楽とオーディオへのアクセス:端末内の音楽ファイルを読み取り、再生するため
- 通知の送信:再生中の曲の表示および再生操作、ならびに楽曲の検索(スキャン)の進捗表示のため
- ネットワークへのアクセス：Google Cast の機能（同一ネットワーク内の Cast 対応機器の検出および楽曲の送信）のためにのみ使用します
The App uses the following permissions:
- Access to music and audio: to read and play music files on the device
- Post notifications: to display the current track and playback controls, and to show the progress of music scanning
- Network access: used solely for Google Cast functionality (discovering Cast-enabled devices on the same network and sending music to them)
4. Google Cast 機能について / Regarding Google Cast
本アプリは、Google Cast対応機器(Chromecast、Google TV、対応スピーカー等)へ楽曲を送信する機能を備えています。本機能は、利用者が明示的にCast先の機器を選択した場合にのみ動作します。
The App has a function to send music to Google Cast-enabled devices (such as Chromecast, Google TV, and compatible speakers). This function operates only when the user explicitly selects a Cast device.
4-1. 楽曲データの送信先 / Where Music Data Is Sent
Cast機能の使用時、楽曲データは同一ネットワーク(LAN)内の受信機器へ直接送信されます。楽曲データがインターネットを経由することはなく、当社およびGoogleのサーバーへ送信されることもありません。
When Cast is used, music data is transmitted directly to the receiver device on the same local network (LAN). Music data does not travel over the internet and is not transmitted to the servers of the Company or Google.
4-2. Google Cast SDK による情報の収集 / Data Collection by the Google Cast SDK
本アプリは、Cast機能の実現のため、Googleが提供する Google Cast SDK を組み込んでいます。Googleの公式開示によれば、当該SDKは以下の情報を収集し、その一部をGoogleのログ収集サーバーへ送信します。
- Castデバイスとのやり取りに関する情報(アプリアクティビティ)。具体的には、機器の検出イベント、セッション管理イベント、モバイル端末の情報、およびCast対応アプリの情報
Googleの開示によれば、これらの情報について以下のとおりとされています。
- 匿名で収集され、特定の利用者に遡ることができる識別子は含まれません
- 特定の利用者の行動を分析する目的では使用されません
- 第三者や、端末上の他のアプリと共有されることはありません
- 送信時に暗号化されます
- 当社および利用者は、この収集を停止すること(オプトアウト)およびデータの削除を求めることができません
当該SDKによる収集はGoogleが行うものであり、当社が収集または受領するものではありません。詳細は以下のGoogleの開示をご確認ください。

なお、当該 SDK は、Cast 対応機器の検出のため、本アプリの利用中に同一ネットワーク内で通信を行うことがあります。楽曲データが送信されるのは、利用者が Cast 先の機器を明示的に選択した場合のみです。
The App incorporates the Google Cast SDK provided by Google in order to enable Cast functionality. According to Google's official disclosure, the SDK collects the following information and sends portions of it to a Google log collection server:
- Information about the SDK's interactions with Cast devices (App Activity), specifically device discovery events, session management events, mobile device information, and Cast-enabled app information
According to Google's disclosure, such information is handled as follows:
- It is collected anonymously and contains no identifiers that can be traced back to a specific user
- It is not used to model the behavior of a specific user
- It is not shared with third parties or with other apps on the user's device
- It is encrypted in transit
- Neither the Company nor users of the App can opt out of this collection or request deletion of this data
This collection is performed by Google, and is not collected or received by the Company. For details, please refer to Google's disclosure below.

The SDK may communicate on the local network to discover Cast-enabled devices while the App is in use. Music data is sent only when the user explicitly selects a Cast device.
5. 購入について / Regarding Purchases
本アプリはGoogle Playを通じて有料で提供されます。購入処理はGoogleが行い、当社は利用者の氏名、住所、クレジットカード情報その他の決済に関する情報を受け取りません。購入に関する情報の取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
The App is sold through Google Play. Purchase processing is handled by Google, and the Company does not receive users' names, addresses, credit card information, or any other payment-related information. For the handling of purchase information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
6. お問い合わせいただいた場合 / When You Contact Us
本アプリに関するお問い合わせをいただいた場合、当社は返信のためにメールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容を取得します。これらは返信および品質向上の目的でのみ利用し、当社のプライバシーポリシー(https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy)に従って取り扱います。
If you contact us regarding the App, the Company obtains your email address and the content of your inquiry in order to respond. This information is used solely for responding to you and for quality improvement, and is handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy (https://www.secia.com/privacypolicy).
7. 児童のプライバシー / Children's Privacy
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。前記のとおり、当社は本アプリを通じて個人情報を収集しません。
The App is not directed to any particular age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. As stated above, the Company does not collect personal information through the App.
8. 本ポリシーの改定 / Revisions to This Policy
当社は、本アプリの機能追加、法令の改正その他の事情により、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の本ポリシーは、当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更を行う場合は、当社ウェブサイト上で分かりやすい方法によりお知らせします。
The Company may revise this Policy due to the addition of features to the App, amendments to laws and regulations, or other circumstances. The revised Policy shall take effect upon posting on the Company's website. In the case of material changes, the Company will provide notice on its website in an easily understandable manner.
